LinkUp Australia
Linkup Australia began services in May 2018 and is a respected provider of NDIS disability services. Our organisation was established in response to the lack of suitably accessible housing and the limited choice of flexible, person-centred supports for people living with disability in the Northern Territory.
Our mission at Linkup Australia is to help people to live more independently � by designing and delivering quality and innovative services that respond to the needs of the diverse communities we work with.
Our vision is that every Australian has every opportunity to live their best life, their way. We work towards our vision every day and do so through our complimentary and NDIS-funded disability services.

Distinguished and Famous people from Leopold
🏅 Garry Hocking
Garry Hocking established a direct sporting association with Leopold as its senior football coach. The club won successive Geelong league premierships in 2023 and 2024, with AFL Barwon’s annual report describing the second victory over South Barwon as a fitting conclusion to his time in charge. His role brought experience from elite football into a local club, but the Leopold achievements stand as local results in their own right. It adds a recent chapter to Leopold’s football history through the work of leading a successful community team.
